This is our go-to nine hole course. We have played here for many years and always enjoy our experience. The course is in great condition, just challenging enough, and easy to walk if you prefer. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and the pros are very knowledgeable. After our round, we like to sit on the deck that overlooks the 9th hole and relax with a refreshing beverage. All in all, it's one course we don't seem to get tired of no mater how many times we play there.

The par 3s are every other hole and will pretty much determine pace of play. The first hole can be a bit tricky depending on where you come over the hill. The par 3s will be welcome. Generally this course can be walked, but today was in the high 80's so a cart was appreciated. The last hole can really mentally mess you up. Try to break it down and place accurate shorter shots to stay in the fairways and avoid the rough (and water). Overall, a nice course.

Instead of taking a late lunch I decided to try a 9 hole local track. This was a nice change leaving the driver in the bag for five (5) holes and letting the long irons set the pace. At 2,493yds / Par 33 its not long but playing two (2) balls and getting done in 1hr 45 minutes was nice. Shot 37/35 w/35putts and learned a lot about my iron game.
